Matthew Zalewski:

Born and raised in Metro Detroit, currently in the Seattle Area- Matthew (Matticuski) Zalewski has been dabbling in Photography since 2005 and Graphic Design since 2000. His work has been published around the world across a wide range of media.

Matthew has photographed race series as credentialed media such as INDY, NASCAR, SRO GT America, GT World Challenge, GT4 America, McLaren Trophy America, Toyota Gazoo Racing, ARCA, and more. You can find his published work on media platforms such as Vice News, Yahoo.com, Mountain Magazine, Geekwire, The Daily Beast, Heavy.com, The Daily Mail, and many other major media outlets and websites.

Before fully embracing the visual arts, Matthew served as a combat veteran and later as a police officer, retiring after being wounded in the line of duty. His service background instilled a unique perspective, discipline, and commitment to storytelling — traits that now shape his work behind the lens.

Matthew’s photography focuses primarily on motorsports, automotive, landscapes, photojournalism, events, and sports photography. He is currently seeking to capture motorsport & automotive events throughout the U.S. and to share the stories and emotion behind the speed.
